The Marketing Coordinator will be the engine behind Boundary Electric’s marketing efforts, combining creativity with technical know-how to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth. This role blends graphic design, digital marketing, and content management with a strong focus on delivering measurable results while working within budget.
Key functions:
Content Creation & Design
- Develop engaging marketing materials, presentations, social graphics, and campaigns aligned with Boundary Electric’s brand identity.
- Design print and digital assets for tradeshows, events, and campaigns.
Digital Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize targeted social media advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Apply SEO strategies to improve search rankings and website visibility.
Website & SEO Management
- Maintain and update Boundary Electric’s WordPress website, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and SEO-optimized.
- Track website analytics and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
Campaign Management & Reporting
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns with measurable KPIs.
- Monitor performance data across campaigns and prepare regular reports for leadership.
- Manage marketing budget effectively, ensuring spend aligns with strategy and delivers ROI.
Brand & Event Support
- Support tradeshow and event preparation with design, promotional assets, and on-the-ground coordination.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Education, Skills and Attributes:
· Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 1+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
· Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent.
· Experience with social media ad platforms, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
· Working knowledge of WordPress website management.
· Strong copywriting and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and work within deadlines.
· Budget management experience is a strong asset.
