Operations Manager

Scope:   This position is entirely responsible for all Operations functions of Boundary Electric. Possessing significant technical electrical knowledge and as a member of the Management Advisory Committee, this position effectively manages the operations functions of the organization to meet safety, quality and profitability targets. These functions are production, inventory, purchasing, and general facility management. The Operations Manager effectively manages these areas with successful alignment of the companies’ values and mission.  The Operations Manager acts as a technical knowledge resource to all departments.

Key Functions:

  • Communicate operations & scheduling requirements to all departments to meet customer schedules
  • Manage production functions, liaising between production departments and company executive
  • Participate in Production meetings and Project meetings
  • Participate on the Management Advisory Committee
  • Responsible for scheduling & staffing
  • Lead the Safety Committee & champion the Corporate Safety culture
  • Implement corrective actions as related to Quality & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with ISO as applicable in production

Supply Chain Manager
